Is Your Belief System Causing You Doubt or Pain?
Posted by Intuition Girl
Most of us form our beliefs at a young age either through conditioning or programming that we receive from our parents, from our schools or from society at large due to the experiences we have encountered.
If today, you are experiencing great deep rooted emotional pain, more than likely it is because your choices and decisions are based on false beliefs that are engrained in your subconscious mind. If you are in pain and believe that someone else or something else causes your state, you are sadly mistaken.
Are you wondering yet about what you need to do to change those debilitating beliefs so you can welcome in new and refreshing opportunities? The good news is, it is absolutely possible, the bad news is it takes effort on your part.
PRACTICE: Taking responsibility for your beliefs, make a deliberate intention to understand the value of your beliefs as you see them today. Accept the possibility that you may need to change your perception in order to bring about inner peace. Take time to explore other points of view. Everything may not be as your perceive it –give others the benefit of the doubt and make a conscious effort to live your life in a way that will not only enrich you but all those with whom you come in contact.
When you are prepared to boldly step into the bright lights of positive change, [creation] you will, without a doubt, enjoy the natural rush of joy and happiness flow in, through and all around you. Each one of us take chances and risks daily whether we are conscious of it or not, so why not take the chance now to participate in the creation process and move forward one step at a time. It all begins with your belief system. I encourage you not to buy into the beliefs of others and make a conscious effort to form truthful, honest and principled choices based on how it feels in your heart. Only then will you be filled with great inner peace and happiness.

Mom’s Intuition: the Cornerstone to Family Balance
Posted by Intuition Girl
Moms are intuitive beings.
Guys, it’s really nothing personal, but Moms are the leaders of the pack when it comes to achieving peace and harmony on the home front. Remember when Mom said things like “I’ve got eyes in the back of my head”? Though she may not physically have eyes in the back of her head, Mom has the unique ability to hone in on her sixth sense or gut instinct to know when something is wrong. And like most women’s intuition, she has the keen sense of foresight to know what might be coming around the bend in the near future.
Women unknowingly rely on their “third eye” to see clearly and more efficiently with regards to matters of the heart. Their infallible inner wisdom typically takes over whenever children and other relationships are involved. While there may be a number of reasons why women’s intuition is so high, we certainly can’t rule out the fact that women carry infants in the womb for roughly nine months. It’s this innate connection to this tiny life force that enables women to “feel” or “sense” their babies – and for some women, even at the point of conception.
Women’s intuition is the resilient force that generally keeps family bonds strengthened. She “knows” when something has happened with her child…often without seeing or hearing about the event. When her spouse has a problem, she’s the first one to ask, “What’s wrong?” It’s not because she’s gotten good at “keeping tabs” on her family – it’s just the way it is. She is so in touch with her higher consciousness that she is able to “read” people; and consequently, better able to deal with crisis as they occur. Read the rest of this entry »
Inspiring the New YOU in the New Year
Posted by Intuition Girl
We’ve all heard about it, talked about it, and maybe we’ve even seen it in action…what I’m talking about is simple, unadulterated hope. What is it in 2009 that you want to achieve in life? The New Year holiday fanfare is over, the fireworks have all been blown, and the celebration has ended…now what? First things first — don’t let the celebration end! Why do you think we celebrate the New Year in the first place? It’s the perfect opportunity to create a new vision and belief in you. This is the best time for you to learn how to overcome challenging situations; and it allows you to rediscover your authentic self that is just waiting to get out from under all the hype of mundane living.
We often lose ourselves in the excitement of the New Year’s Eve and forget that we are allowed to continue to embrace and celebrate life in bigger and better ways. What a healthy, innovative way to move forward in life in this new year by reinventing yourself and creating an extraordinary lifestyle for yourself. For goodness sakes — when you get sour lemons, make lemonade! Make an oath to yourself that whatever comes your way, (or whatever has been in your way) you’re going to take a fresh perspective on the situation and choose the path that is right and prosperous for you!
