Many times, this happens because there may be some opposition in your life, or other imbalances that are interfering with your everyday living. There is, however, an innovative way to get beneath the surface of your emotional distress. When you are prepared to reclaim a level of heightened awareness so you can begin the self-healing process, then NLP – also known as Neuro Linguistic Programming – may be an exceptional mind tool to develop, empower, and facilitate your inner wisdom to create abundance in every thing you do.
As a whole mind-body approach to creating happiness, prosperity, and peace in your life, NLP is founded on the principles of psychotherapy; which helps to proficiently train individuals to become expert communicators. But professional communication is not the only area that NLP addresses, it also helps individuals to become more at ease with themselves, and how to better listen and understand what their soul intuition is conveying to them.
If you’re ready to gain clarity to achieve goals through a renewed sense of understanding of what your inner voice is saying, then sit in front of a mirror. Rest your palms upward atop of your knees. This will enable you to receive your intuitive messages. Make yourself as comfortable as you can and stare at your reflection; making eye contact with your unique and extraordinary physical self. Now take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Relax your body beginning with the top of your head to the souls of your feet. Imagine that every muscle is softly unwinding into a state of absolute relaxation. Now, slowly and calmly read the following passage: I am intuitively wired into the Universal flow of energy. My soul power enables me to overcome all difficulties. As the leader of my life, I am ready to receive the blessings that await me.
You may repeat the abovementioned passage just for good measure if you prefer (and as often and routinely as you like) Now that you have a lucid mental image of whom you are, what you are, and of what you are capable of achieving, believe that you are empowered and reconnected to the Universal flow of energy. Your conscious voice has spoken and has reinforced your psychological and spiritual ties to life’s electrical current. You are, at this moment, equipped to hear your inner voice. What is it saying to you?

I read this quote the other day and it made me think? How many of you actually take the time to reflect on a small kind gesture, a cheerful word or a soft and quiet glance that moved your heart and caused you for just one split second to notice and even smile?
Practice -- the habit of noticing something every day that brings a smile to your face. Be conscious of this exercise and make an effort to cherish this kind of habit daily. There is no reason why the sun cannot shine in your heart and soul on a regular basis even if on the outside it is storming.

See the Rainbow in Your Life

Often times, we become so consumed with the misfortunes of life that we fail to see the rainbow that awaits us. When the brisk summer thunderstorm passes overhead, eventually the clouds clear and the brilliant sun begins to peak through… and beyond the sun’s rays and the blue skies dawns the rainbow that seals our bond with the Universal flow of energy. Its splendid array of colors gives us the sacred sign that we are not alone and that there is always a blessing that awaits us.
The rainbow in our life is the promise that our higher source offers us each and every time sorrows rain into our lives. It is the promise that there is yet another blessing surfacing for us to experience.
Have you seen the rainbow in your life? If you have not, you are clearly missing the opportunity for you to start anew. It is that colorful rainbow that allows you to rediscover the joy and love that you may have lost. It allows you to redefine the unique individual you are as you see and feel the signs of hope and new possibilities that await you. It allows you to find the inner peace that, at this moment, you lack.
Metaphorically, your rainbow can be found in nature wherever you may go: It is the bird in the tree, the butterfly perched atop a branch or maybe it circles around your head, it is the breeze whisking through your hair and touching your face, it is the laughter of a child, it is the smile on your grandma’s face, it is the hug from a friend, it is the warmth of the sun, it is the wetness from the rain – because it simply is.
From this day forward, I want you to rediscover the rainbows in your life. I promise that there are many you have missed and it is now time for you to realize that no matter where you go, what you do, who you see, what you encounter… that there is always a new perspective, a fresh beginning, a special bond between you and a higher power that you will survive, you will overcome and you will find happiness and contentment once again.
