Inspirational Message – Are you aware of your powerful energy?
Posted by Intuition Girl
Wake up and decide how powerful your energy is. What wave are you creating? is it a powerful destructive wave or one of support?
Allow yourself to understand your power and strength and be clear about the energy that you are putting out into the world.

All that Glitters is not Gold
Posted by Intuition Girl
Some of you may have let an opportunity slip through your fingertips, or perhaps you missed a chance at landing that big job because you did not act quickly enough. Maybe a relationship did not work out and you are still beating yourself up for it. But what if some of these events were simply meant to be? I want to remind you that all that glitters is not always gold. Initially when things appear to not go your way, it does not always mean that you were intended to have it in the first place.
A wise person once told me, “Everything is as it should be.” This is true in a lot of cases. In the Universal flow of energy, there are many gifts that are intended to be in your life. But there are subsequently, many things that are not. Sometimes no matter how much you may want a thing, the answer is simply, “no, not right now.” It is not because you do not deserve it, but perhaps you are not quite prepared to receive it. Timing is everything in many instances.
So many of us in life have goals and dreams that we are hoping will come true but often don’t because we are not open to examining new possibilities. We tend to keep our thought process and vision so narrow that we miss the real goal which is in the expansion of because it is only through our expansion that we are able to receive new possibilities. The best thing you can do is be open to hear and seek beyond what it is you want to what else might there be for you.
Remember sometimes your greatest gift is in not receiving what it is you thought you want but what the Universe is offering. We will always get what we need in life and what we need is very often far greater than anything we want.
When I Wish upon a Star…
Posted by Intuition Girl
Do you remember a time when you saw a shooting star and you caught yourself making a wish? It’s okay to admit that you have… a lot of us have. And even without a shooting star, we sometimes find ourselves wishing for things that we do not have, for what others may have, and things that we could have had. Quite frankly, it is probably human nature to strive for bigger and better things…
This reminds me of a song that topped the charts back in 1995. Hip hop rapper Skee-Lo debuted with his one-hit wonder, “I wish”. In his song, he talks about how he wishes he was a bit taller, among many other things. The funny part about the lyrics is that the whole song is a big “pity party”. When wishing becomes the greater part of who you are, you begin seeing all the negativity in your life opposed to all the blessings that surround you now. In fact, when you create your own pity party, you can no longer focus on open doors of opportunity. The world becomes too difficult and all that you see is what you cannot have. That is not the way you are intended to live your life.
What is it that you heart desires right now? If it is a relationship, then what are you doing to create and manifest the connection you are seeking? If you are simply wishing for a relationship it is simply not good enough. Words and thoughts without deeds go nowhere. The same applies to the word “try”. For example, “I tried to have a relationship but it just didn’t work out.” If you truly “tried”, what was it that you did differently to make things work more effectively and mutually? Make a list of things that you can do right now to create the life you want to lead. After you have crafted your list, you need to follow through on those modifications so that you will not just be trying, but instead, doing.
“When you DO all that you can do to support and manifest the dreams that you have made in your heart and soul, then your wishes can come true.” When you DO what your inner soul truly wants you to do, all the obstacles you see before you become stepping-stones and opportunities for learning and growing. Remember too, dreams and wishes are the heart’s laughing place – a tender spot in your heart that keeps you striving and thriving. Never let go of your heart’s desires – but in order to fulfill them, you have to do more than just try – you simply must do.

The ball is in your court. You have the opportunity to make a three-pointer from the goal line. At first there is a loud roar, and the other players are watching your every move. As your eyes focus on the net, the only thing stirring on your body is the bead of sweat rolling down your forehead. Just as quickly as the crowd roared, there is a sudden silence. Not even a hush can be heard around the court. The only thing between you and the net is your clear concentration to make the ball through the hoop. All your hard work and efforts have finally paid off. What you do with that ball at this moment is going to affect the outcome of the game…and maybe even your future as a professional ball player. Do you take the shot or do you walk away?
Nothing is impossible to those who believe. Do not refuse to move onward and upward to grab your greatness! Possibly you just say to yourself-I can’t do it-it is too hard! Dreams can become reality for you when you choose to manifest the power of you inner abilities and your inner soul. When you seek the courage in your heart like so many have done before you, you pave the way to achieving that what you truly desire in life. Do not forget that you are already standing on the court. The ball is either within reach or maybe even in your hands.
Whatever it is that you are choosing to pursue at this moment — a job, a new home, a relationship — is entirely within your own hands. You shape your reality…you choose your destiny. Are you going to take the shot? For what are you waiting? This moment will not last forever. At some point you must make that initial forward motion and keep the momentum going. Life waits for no one and the longer you stand in the same spot, the further you fall behind and the more you lose sight of your focus. I have said it before and I am saying it again, “keep it going. Keep it going.” Set your sights and take the shot at the goal — if you believe, nothing is impossible.

Reading between the texts
Posted by Intuition Girl
Personally, I have found texting to be a fast and effective way to shoot a quick message via my mobile phone. Whether I am on the go or just cramped for time, it gives me the freedom to respond to my emails or to send someone a short note on what I am doing at the moment. I have discovered, however, that mobile to mobile texts, as well as tweets, posts, or modern-day social networking by any other name has taken on a whole new dimension. In fact, texting has become comparable to letter writing and phone conversations. The major difference, of course, is that much of what we text or message online (via blackberry, iphone or the web, etc.) has become a bit broader in terms of particle length, but more hyperbolic in context. This compels me to ask the following question: When is the last time you had a deep and meaningful conversation?
I recognize that modern technology offers us a plethora of ways to communicate and it has given us quick access to information in real time; but it has also dramatically reduced significant dialog. The quality of our conversation has begun to deteriorate because now with all of the social media networks, we are able to initiate a post or tweet with sound bites, YouTube videos, graphics or article links with short op-ed notes. We can quickly key a little side note stating our thoughts or opinions on a topic and let it ride. That is perfectly fine but it is also frequently a one-sided conversation. But what happens when we begin demoralizing individuals and throwing out personally offensive tidbits? It is absolutely acceptable to agree to disagree in a mature chat, but you have to draw the line when it comes to attacking an individual on a personal level. I have seen a few tweets and posts where I thought, “My goodness, what is that person thinking?” There is a chat acronym that is written, “TMI” – Too Much Information. I personally do not want to read about someone’s intimate life in detail. That is the same as airing dirty laundry for the sake of some distorted sense of gratification.
Remember, we are all entitled to our opinions and the First Amendment guarantees that right to American citizens. We must always take into consideration how our words, deeds or actions can and will affect those around us. Always be prepared to intuitively understand what consequences may unfold when you unleash your opinions, your texts, your messages…each has its own defining moment. Additionally, how you present yourself to the world may not matter much to you, but you have to first matter to yourself so that when you do initiate dialog, you raise the bar not only for yourself but extend an open hand to those around you.
Until we speak again, I am
